Peyton Winter

Peyton began her dance journey at just two years old, quickly developing a deep love for the art form. She trained for five years at Dance Unlimited in Buda, TX, before continuing her education at Brooke Lowden's School of Dance in 2005. Under the mentorship of Brooke Lowden and Kristina Weinman, Peyton’s passion for dance flourished, leading her to join the studio’s competitive team.

During high school, Peyton was a proud member of the Hays Highsteppers at Jack C. Hays High School in Buda, TX, where she performed and competed for four years. In 2013, when NB Dance & Company opened its doors in New Braunfels, she was one of the original four dancers who followed Kristina Weinman to help launch the new studio, becoming part of its very first Company team.

In addition to her studio training, Peyton expanded her dance experience by attending numerous conventions and workshops, always seeking to grow her technique and versatility. After graduating in 2014, she pursued her Cosmetology license and later returned to NB Dance & Company in 2016, where she now leads the day to day operations and teaches several classes.

Her passion lies in sharing fun, sassy jazz choreography with her students, while also building a strong foundation in technique, confidence, and performance.

Currently, Peyton is pursuing a degree to become a Radiologic Technologist while continuing to share her love of dance with the next generation. She’s also a proud mom to her energetic three year old  son, Ridge, who you’ll often see running around the studio, cheering on the dancers and bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.

Peyton is dedicated to creating a loud, positive, and empowering environment for her students and is excited to continue growing with the NB Dance & Company family.

Hannah Dumas

Hannah began dancing at two years old at Lauren's Dance Studio in Crossett, AR. She spent years training under Lauren Richard, the teacher/studio owner who guided her from age two to eighteen, and had the unique opportunity to continue to learn from her while working alongside her from 2016-2024. After graduating high school in 2016, she began teaching at that same studio while in college and quickly fell in love with helping younger dancers grow and find their confidence.

While her home studio didn't have a formal competition team until after she graduated, Hannah still gained valuable experience by competing in a handful of competitions and attending workshops over the years. When her home studio started its competition teams in 2020, Hannah began choreographing and has since won multiple choreography awards.

In addition to dance, Hannah was a cheerleader throughout middle and high school and served was co-captain her senior year. She trained in tumbling and taught at a tumbling/cheer gym from 2015-2019, where she developed her love for teaching acro and flexibility tricks to dancers.

Hannah graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2020 with degrees in Psychology and Communications. It was during her college years that she realized her true passion was teaching and sharing the love of dance with others.

In the summer of 2024, Hannah moved to San Marcos and found her new home at NB Dance & Company. She now has the joy of teaching our younger dancers and well as our Junior Company team. Hannah loves helping her dancers build confidence, try new things, and have fun. She is excited to continue growing with NB while inspiring students to work hard, believe in themselves, and fall in love with dance just like she did.
